At the end of the first leeward leg of race 9, bow number 24 led 37, 11 and 25. The course has been shifted to the left and the distance reduced to the windward mark for the final round.

The results for race 8 have been posted. Race 9 will start shortly. The wind has lightened and gone left so the course is being shifted left. Race 9 will sail course 4 with a distance of 1.7 miles and will start at 15:25. The wind is now 340 degrees at 5 to 6 knots.

The first attempt at starting race 8 ended with a general recall. On the restart with the "Z" flag in effect, 4 boats were OCS with only one returning. At the end of the first lwweard leg of race 8 bow number 25 led 21, 24, 27,4 and 23 in that order. The wind has now dropped to about 8 knots.

Good afternoon. The start of race 4 was delayed until 12:15 due to light winds. The course for race 4 is course 4 (windward leeward twice around), 1.8 miles to the windward mark at 290 degrees. The wind at the start was approximately 14 knots.

After one aborted start the Race Committee has hoisted "AP" over "A". During the attempted start procedure the wind went left and dropped to less than 3 knots. That concludes racing for today.

Good afternoon. Welcome to day 2 of the M 30 World Championship. The Race Committee hoisted the postponement flag at 11:30 waiting for the wind to settle. In the last hour and a half the wind has gone completely around the compass and is now east northeast at about 3 knots. The PRO is considering sending the fleet back to the harbor by signaling and "AP" over "H" until the wind looks more promising.

Good morning. Welcome to the second and last day of the M 30 Pre World Championship. The first race today will start at 11:40 sailing course 4 (windward leeward twice around) with the windward mark at a distance of 1.7 miles. The wind is 135 degrees at approximately 9 to 10 knots.

The Race Committee has postponed the start waiting for the wind to settle. The start is now planned for 11:55 sailing course 4 at 095 degrees. The wind is approximately 5 knots.
After 4 general recalls, the Race Committee used the black flag to get a successful start off at 13:05. The course axis has shifted to 085 degrees. The wind is now about 8 knots.
